Russell Tovey is an award-winning British actor with an extensive background in film, television and theater. He is also a passionate art collector and co-hosts art podcast, “Talk Art”, with friend and gallerist Robert Diament, in which they interview leading artists, curators, gallerists, and celebrities. Their first book “Talk Art: Everything You Wanted To Ask About Contemporary Art But Were Afraid To Ask” has been listed as one of The Sunday Times’s Top Ten Bestsellers.

@rorysutherland Rory Sutherland is the Vice Chairman of Ogilvy, where he has worked since 1988. This attractively vague job title has allowed him to form a behavioural science practice within the agency dedicated to uncovering the hidden business and social possibilities which emerge when you apply creative minds to the latest thinking in psychology and behavioural science. He is the author of three books: The Wiki Man, the best-selling Alchemy - The surprising Power of Ideas which don't make Sense, published in the UK and US in May 2019, and, co-written with his former colleague Pete Dyson, the newly released Transport For Humans on the behavioural science of transport. He is the host on the podcast OnBrand with ALF and he has joined forces with MAD//Masters to lead a CPD accredited personal development programme to help marketers adapt, make sense of accelerated disruption and use the tried and tested recipe of using creativity, innovation and behavioural science to their competitive advantage.

PRIYA AHLUWALIA

Creative, Film Director

Priya Ahluwalia, a London-based Designer and Film Director of Nigerian and Indian heritage, founded label "Ahluwalia" in 2018. Her brand, rooted in her dual heritage and London background, exploring vintage and surplus materials. During her MA Menswear Course at The University of Westminster, Ahluwalia was inspired by a trip to Lagos, where she delved into the global second-hand clothing trade. This journey led her to Panipat, India, a hub of clothing recycling, influencing her final collection and her brand's direction. Ahluwalia has garnered numerous industry awards, including the H&M Design Award in 2018, joint winner of the 2020 LVMH Prize, and the 2021 Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design. Creative & Film Director Priya Ahluwalia was featured on British Vogue’s January 2024 cover, in recognition of her design and eco-social contributions. Since the inception of the brand, Ahluwalia has enjoyed working with collaborators like Mulberry, GANNI, Paul Smith, Porsche and Microsoft. In November 2020 Ahluwalia created her first film, Joy, a kaleidoscopic look at the Black British experience for the Gucci fest. Ahluwalia has since signed with Ridley Scott's Black Dog agency as a Director and has directed branded films for Nike and Levis, Design Museum, and many more.

DAMIAN BRADFIELD

CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER

Damian is the Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder of WeTransfer. He started in 2010 as Chief Strategy Officer, setting up the company’s US offices and creating WePresent, its award-winning digital arts and editorial platform. To date, WePresent has featured the creative output of 1,100+ established and emerging artists from more than 130 countries and picked up an Oscar at the 92nd Academy Awards for “The Long Goodbye,” a short film co-produced in collaboration with Riz Ahmed and Aneil Karia. Damian's background spans advertising, marketing and design, combining experience with some of the world’s leading creative companies (Stella McCartney, J Walter Thompson) with launching and mentoring a range of design and tech start-ups. Damian is a published author of 'The Trust Manifesto' and 'Algorithmic Reality', which debate online privacy, trust and big data and chairman of WeTransfer's The Supporting Act Foundation.

Joel has spent his near-decade at the Guardian in the game of audience and revenue growth. He is now engaged in how to use brand, engagement and product marketing to seize the Guardian's global opportunities.

NHU HUYNH

Company Director

Nhu Huynh, is a filmmaker, producer and is a Company Director at YCUK looking after Raise Income, Business and Creative Development . She joined YCUK in Summer 2019 at the age of 16, interested in the creative world and wanted to explore more about photography. From there onwards she got her first creative job, working on small briefs with other young creatives, while also being supported outside YCUK. As the year progressed she went from being a member to Associate Production Director. In 2020, moving into the new space on the southbank, she continued working in production for YCUK and helped Christoff and Yasmin build CAS. She then became the youngest director in the company at the time at the age of 18. From there onwards Nhu was supported to venture outside of YCUK and worked at production companies such as Boiler Room and did a whole year at Working Title Films. Nhu returned back to YCUK in 2023 then, as co-head of production whilst simultaneously being supported as she completed her Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature and Film.

INTERNATIONAL CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Kat is an award-winning Creative Director who build her almost 20-year-long career in both traditional agencies and digital hot-shops in London and across Europe. Now at Meta’s in-house agency CreativeX, she leads campaigns for Instagram and Facebook internationally - currently in Japan and India.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Before joining JOAN London, Tom Ghiden, has held roles at leading agencies in both London and New York including Saatchi & Saatchi, Grey, BBDO, and most recently McCann Worldgroup – where he was head of the London Business Leadership department, and heavily involved in global DE&I strategy. With a strong proven record of growth for international clients as diverse as Procter & Gamble, Mars, McArthurGlen Outlets, and Pernod Ricard, while also achieving recognition for award-winning work with brands such as Head and Shoulders and Gillette.

ANTO CHIOCCARELLI

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Anto is Creative Director for Outdoor at Global where she is responsible for setting and implementing the creativity and innovation agenda for Global’s outdoor business, in partnership with advertising clients and creative agencies. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience working in the outdoor and creative industries having previously worked at JCDecaux where she launched and ran the company’s Creative Hub, Foundry. Before that she worked at a number of creative agencies including VCCP.

@rockbadgeragency Calypso is the founder of Rock Badger, a creative consultancy working at the intersection of art, data and new media. Calypso’s expertise and career foundations are in the art world. She believes that art empowers innovation, inspiring creative and original uses for technology. Rock Badger analyses how artists are experimenting with new technology - challenging the forms and functions of AI, data and software. By taking ideas from art into commercial contexts, Rock Badger helps organisations build exciting products that tackle issues like climate change and tell unique stories. Calypso has led several undergraduate workshops on Art and Innovation at Northeastern University and is working with emerging media to transform how organisations’ are visualising their sustainability.

@charlenechandrasekaran Having started her career at BBH London, followed by Droga5 London in 2016, Charlene has been working with her creative partner, Dan Morris for over 15 years. Their experience across a breadth of brands, most notably for St John Ambulance, Axe, Barclaycard and Paramount, has had their work recognised at every major award show. They are now currently the Executive Creative Directors at The Or London.

I have 15+ years of experience building an award winning agency, driving a creative culture and providing strategic consultancy to A-list companies. Currently CEO of Dentsu Creative Amsterdam (115 FTE), where we work with our clients on brand strategy & identities, campaigns & activations, content & social media and digital products & experiences.

With a career spanning advertising, international development and sustainability, Susie Braun is Group Director of Social Purpose and Sustainability at ITV, leading on ITV’s mission to shape culture for good. With four focus areas - Better Health, Climate Action, Diversity and Inclusion and Giving Back - ITV seeks to use its huge reach and unforgettable content to help change attitudes and behaviours both on-screen and behind-the-scenes.

RANIA ROBINSON

A passionate exponent of empowering women in the workplace, Rania was President of WACL (an organisation whose purpose is to accelerate gender equality in the advertising and communication industry) in the organisation’s 100th year. She heads up Quiet Storm’s work with Women's Equality Party and in 2020 relaunched Create Not Hate, Quiet Storm's initiative to get under-represented young people into the creative industries by unlocking their creative potential. Rania is an active participant in D&I initiatives across the industry and a regular commentator on BBC Radio. She features in the IPA’s 2022 iList of the most influential industry role models, was listed in Campaign’s Top 3 Trailblazers of 2021 and their 40 over 40 list of 2022, was on AdAge’s Leading Women list of 2021 and is one of Wearethecity’s 50 trailblazers of 2023. She’s also a regular feature in Campaign’s A List.

Lucy is regarded as one of the best strategic planners of her generation, having been rated in or at the top of Campaign’s Top Ten Planner list many times. She has worked in every sector and led many global accounts, for clients such as Pepsico’s Quaker, Unilever’s ice cream & Marmite brands, Budweiser, VW, ITV, Virgin Media, The Financial Times, HSBC, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat and British Airways. She’s worked across brand strategy, design, advertising, digital and CX.

EMMA CASTLE

Founder & Creative Director of Bright Island Agency

Emma Castle is the founder and owner of Bright Island, a creative agency based in Margate. With over 20 years of industry experience, she has worked both in-house for brands and within advertising agencies. After relocating to the coast in 2018 and discovering that she has ADHD, Emma has become an advocate for neurodivergent thinking within her agency and harnessing the true power that it can bring to their clients. Emma leverages these unique perspectives to connect brands with their audiences through joyful, emotion-driven campaigns and strategic brand positioning.
