BIO: Graham Fink is one of the world’s most awarded Creative Directors. A relentless force across art, tech, and advertising. He’s in the Guinness Book of Records for creating the shortest ad ever made and once donated his own blood for a PlayStation commercial. He’s the man behind British Airways’ iconic Face TV spot and has won four BAFTAs, multiple Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, and a mountain of other top industry awards. Also a multimedia artist, photographer, and film director, Fink developed eye-tracking software that lets him draw using only his eyes. His work has been exhibited in the UK, US, China, Germany, and the UAE. He is also the creative agent to Sophia, the world’s most advanced humanoid robot. He ran M&C Saatchi London during one of its most successful periods before moving to China as Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy, where he led the agency to international acclaim and won its first-ever Cannes Grand Prix. In 2008 he founded TheArtSchool, a radical free school for the next generation of misfits and makers. He is a regular speaker at events including TEDx, D&AD, Cannes Lions, and the V&A. He also runs an art gallery and vintage clothing shop called 20 Cuckoos.

Rebecca is an emerging AI film director and creative technologist, exploring how AI- from generative visuals to new forms of narrative—can open up storytelling and creative problem-solving. She’s particularly focused on bringing more female narratives into this space, helping shape a future where technology reflects a broader range of voices and experiences. Named a Campaign ‘Top 30 Future Leader’ and one of The Dots’ 100 trailblazers, Rebecca is committed to driving change through creativity, technology, and action.

BIO: I’m a dad, stepdad and strategist, with 13 D&AD pencils, 7 Cannes Lions (including 3 Grands Prix) and various other awards that don't sound as impressive under his belt. I've worked at, and run, some legendary advertising agencies including being part of the management team at W+K London, and I've founded businesses, including the award-winning indie media agency Bountiful Cow and most recently Bicycle, currently the fastest growing and most talked-about startup agency in the UK. I also advise other businesses, including the fabulous social marketing business Stitchy London, and the world's greatest football team, Leeds United. I'm a vocal mental health advocate and ambassador, having experienced personal challenges myself over the years culminating in my diagnosis as type 1 bipolar in 2016, which I'm now able to manage thanks to the wonders of friends, family, lifestyle management and medication.

BIO: For 30 years, Laura has enhanced the industry through her fresh and pioneering spirit and ideas that are firmly rooted in culture, not advertising. Combining deep technical skill, with her innate human understanding and passion for storytelling, Laura is recognised and awarded globally as an creative innovator and industry leader, and was described by The Guardian as “a digital female icon”. She is founder and chief creative officer of creative studio Uncharted, who combine new technologies and AI with diverse talent to lead brands into culture with confidence. She is a past president of D&AD, and has an honorary doctorate from UAL for her services to women in graphic design. Laura is also the founder of SheSays (the largest global network for advancing the careers of women and non-binary people in the creative industries) and CANNT festival (for people that can’t go to Cannes). In her spare time she’s an AI artist currently developing a perimenopausal Australian folk-horror film, The Bush.

Kieron Roe is an award-winning creative director with almost two decades of experience delivering standout campaigns across the UK advertising landscape. Partnering with Dom Moira, the duo has created memorable, culturally resonant work for brands including Coca-Cola, Paddy Power, Ribena, and the Department for Education. Their portfolio spans acclaimed agencies such as BBH, Mother, Lean Mean Fighting Machine, and Fold7, where they currently serve as creative directors. Their work has earned accolades from D&AD, British Arrows, and Creative Circle, with highlights including Coca-Cola’s Premier League sponsorship “Where Everyone Plays” and the “Make a Decision Do It Now” campaign for the FCA. Kieron entered advertising from an unconventional path, starting as an engineer in the manufacturing industry where he was part of the team that designed the sword given to Her Majesty the Queen on her Golden Jubilee. He made the switch by applying for the Falmouth College of Art Creative Advertising Masters degree course and achieving a First Class.
