Anissa Payne is the Founder and Executive Producer of NM Productions, a global production company she launched in 2017 to challenge outdated production models through agile workflows, scalable operations and culturally fluent storytelling. Under her leadership, NM Productions delivers stills, motion and TV campaigns for leading brands across fashion, automotive, sport and entertainment.

Originally from a background in fashion and talent management, Anissa began her career in Hamburg working with brands including Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, Kenzo and Balenciaga before moving into production. She built NM Productions around a flexible operating model designed to meet the pace and demands of modern content creation while maintaining a high standard of craft and execution.

In 2024, NM Productions was named to the FEBE Growth 100 List, and Anissa was shortlisted for Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
