Ethan Odle is an Associate Music Supervisor at Native, where he helps brands connect with audiences through music strategy, supervision and licensing. Since joining the company in 2025, he has worked on multiple campaigns collaborating with artists, labels, publishers and rightsholders to find and clear music for commercial projects.

Before moving into Music Supervision, Ethan worked across BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, producing flagship specialist music shows and supporting the development of emerging artists. His work has spanned interviews and projects with leading UK and international talent.

Alongside his commercial work, Ethan co-founded Fourth Floor, a platform dedicated to showcasing young writers, DJs and creatives through editorial content and live events. He is passionate about music discovery, culture-led storytelling and championing new creative voices.
