He is also the Company Director of Young Creators UK (YCUK), a youth-led creative agency and organisation that creates opportunities for underrepresented young creatives through paid work, industry access, production training, and creative community spaces. Through YCUK, Holy has helped lead and deliver projects alongside major partners including Sparks, WIRED, Outernet, Sony, MOBOs, BBC, and Mobile World Congress Barcelona.

Most recently, he helped lead YCUK’s production and content delivery for the Sparks x WIRED Connection Code series across Lisbon, Barcelona and London.
