Leah Brown FRSA

Founder & CEO

The WayFinders Group

Leah Brown FRSA is a writer, keynote speaker, and the UK’s leading repair expert. A lawyer and accredited mediator, she founded The WayFinders Group, a highly specialised firm of repair experts who assess organisational integrity after a disruptive event, restoring trust and cohesion. Represented by Watson Little, she has two books on submission on repair, writes the Substack The Work of Repair, and publishes the weekly newsletter The Fixer. She hosts The Longest Day Podcast® and Address The Harm® Podcast, and chairs Address The Harm, a charity that educates the public on harm and creates pathways to repair. Leah is a TEDx speaker on workplace repair, a guest lecturer, and sits on the teaching faculty at the Society of Mediators. She is a creative at heart, based in Broadstairs with her dog Saphy, and is desperately trying to form a classical string quartet in Thanet.

"This is my third year at UKCF. I keep coming back for the serendipitous conversations and the chance to inspire the next generation of creative leaders."
