Will Lindsay-Perez is a 24-year-old filmmaker, creator & entrepreneur. At 21, he dropped out of university in Edinburgh, after being asked to launch a YouTube channel for Steven Bartlett.

For the last three years he's been Head of Behind The Diary, the YouTube channel documenting Steven's life; the boardrooms, the airports, the late-night conversations most people never see. 54 flights in 54 weeks, 50 episodes and over 10 million views, Forbes named him 30 Under 30 in Media & marketing.

Alongside that, he's a creator, documenting his own journey on @btswithwill. He's obsessed with the psychology of storytelling: why some stories make you feel something while most just make you know something. He believes the best stories aren't told, they're felt, that taste matters more than tools, and that the most interesting question you can ask anyone, including yourself, is simply: why?
