Sauna Ritual by the Sea
Join us for an immersive heat‑and‑cold ritual on the shoreline. We’ll move between sauna and sea, using breathwork to regulate the nervous system and ease into the elements. Guided meditation anchors the experience, while a Nordic‑inspired Aufguss ritual — heat, fan, ice and fragrant infusions released onto the coals — deepens the sensory journey.
A collective exhale as we soften into the rhythm of Margate Beach.

Morning Reset on the Beach
Begin the day with an hour of beachside yoga and pranayama, awakening the body and breath as the morning light rises over the water.
We then move into cold plunge and sauna — a contrast that boosts circulation, restores balance and grounds the practice.
A space to reconnect with breath, body and the elements.
Please meet the UKCF representative in front of the Seashed Sauna at 07:30. Remember to bring a yoga mat or a blanket to sit on.
Important Information for Festival Attendees
Please note that registration is required to attend each of the above sessions, registration options will be emailed out to all ticket holders. These event are exclusive for festival attendees and you will need to present your accreditation (ie lanyard or email confirmation of your festival ticket).
